BMC pays most of the cost: On average, we cover about 80% of your medical premiums. That's a big investment in you.
Extra savings with an HSA match: If you choose the HSA plan, we'll match your contributions up to $1,100, depending on your salary and who you cover. That's money you can use now or save for the future.
More than just medical: Every plan includes prescription drug coverage, mental health and substance abuse support, and 24/7 telehealth visits through MDLIVE.
Whole-family care: Take advantage of our dental and vision plans, fertility and family-forming support, plus rewards through the bWell wellness program.

Your Wealth

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): Set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for everyday health or dependent care expenses—saving you money while you budget smarter.
Life and disability insurance (paid by BMC): We automatically provide you with coverage at no cost, so you have peace of mind if the unexpected happens. You can also add extra coverage for yourself or your family if you'd like.
401(k) Savings Plan: Invest in your future with our retirement plan. When you put in 5% of your pay, BMC contributes another 5%. That means 10% of your pay is working for your future—every paycheck.

Paid Time Off and holidays: Everyone needs time to recharge. You'll have PTO plus company holidays so you can rest, spend time with family, or take that trip you've been planning.
Backup Care: Need last-minute help? You get up to 10 days of backup child care, elder care, or even pet care each year at a reduced cost.
Tuition Reimbursement: We'll reimburse up to $5,500 per year for college-level studies, whether you're finishing a degree or preparing for your next role at BMC.
Adoption Assistance: Receive $5,000 to help cover adoption-related expenses.
Fitness Reimbursement: We'll cover up to $225 per year to help you stay active outside of work.

If you're adding dependents, upload your documentation (like a marriage license or birth certificate) within 45 days.

If you don't enroll, you'll still be automatically covered by these BMC-paid benefits: Basic Life Insurance, Disability, and the Employee Assistance Program.

The BCBSTX mobile app helps you locate in-network doctors and hospitals, get coverage information, and view and e-mail your ID card.

The PrescriptionHub RX Management mobile app from Prime Therapeutics helps you manage your prescriptions, find lower-cost options, and locate in-network pharmacies.

Express Scripts

The Express Scripts mobile app provides easy access to drug prices and lower-cost options—such as generic alternatives—under your BCBSTX plans.

MDLIVE

The MDLIVE Mobile App* connects you with a doctor from anywhere, anytime. In addition to medical and pediatric care, MDLIVE also offers behavioral health therapy services and psychiatry.

The Reimburse Me App helps you manage your BMC HSA, flexible spending accounts and commuter account on the go.
