Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and we seem to spin from one orbit to another. If you want to regain emotional equilibrium and learn some new ways to get back on course, you’re invited to join the Return to Earth Stress Management Challenge.
Stress can overwhelm your emotional being, as well as your physical health and the way you feel in time and space. The goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun—and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head-on. However, stress management is not one-size-fits-all.
That’s why you might want to experiment and find out what works best for you. Now is the time to commit to a stress-busting technique every day in July, earn rewards, and feel better.
When you complete a stress-reducing technique each day between July 1 and 31 and log it on mybmcwellness.com, you will earn 450 bWell points. You earn 15 bWell points for completing a single stress-busting technique, so you can still pick up partial points.
You decide which activity you’d like to complete. You can follow the calendar and complete it in sequence, or you can pick any activity. The Return to Earth Stress Management Challenge includes stress-busting techniques you can use at home, work, or on the go. Are you climbing out of your skin? Is your mind on overload and ready to combust? Do you have physical pain or are you feeling overwhelmed? Having a toolkit of different techniques to use when you’re stressed can help a lot.
