Quicker Access to Advocacy Services

Advocacy Services is available at no cost to you for assistance with any unresolved access or claim issues you have with the medical, vision, dental or flexible spending account plans.

Now you can call Advocacy Services directly, without calling Your Benefits Resources first, at 1-888-886-8734. Advocates are available to assist you from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Central time, weekdays. Before you call make you sure have a description of the issue, health care provider, date of service, claim amount and health plan’s response.
