Are you asleep or counting sheep?

Did you know that you need sleep as much as food, water, and air? When you don’t get enough sleep, chances are you can be irritable and unfocused. But more important, you’re more vulnerable to injury and illness. Sleep deprivation has even been linked to obesity and high blood pressure, according to the National Sleep Foundation.
