The Healthcare Bluebook’s Go Green to Get Green rewards program sends you a check for $25, $50, or $100 if you choose a “green” provider for certain medical procedures like MRIs or CT scans. A “green” provider charges the fair price or less.
The Go Green to Get Green rewards program is a hit with employees. In 2017, Healthcare Bluebook sent checks totaling $22,275 to 345 BMC employees (or their covered dependents).
Here’s how you can get rewarded for saving on health care. Download the Healthcare Bluebook app on Google Play or the App Store (company code is bmc1) or visit the website. When you search for an eligible procedure, a tile will display on the results page, letting you know the medical procedure is eligible for a reward. You’ll receive a reward if you choose a “green” provider for the procedure.
