If you’re a member of the Kaiser HMO Medical Plan, you can access these resources to help you improve your health and well-being:

  • Work with a wellness coach. Working with a wellness coach can help you to reach your goals with a personalized action plan and one-on-one support. Read more.
  • Join a Virtual Health Talk. Every fourth Thursday of the month at 12:30 p.m. Pacific time. See the upcoming schedule here for topics. 
  • Try the Calm app. Calm is an app that uses meditation and mindfulness to help lower stress, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. Read more.
  • Stay well. Follow your doctor’s vaccine recommendations.
