Exercise While Travelling

If physical fitness is part of your weekly routine, a business trip can throw you off track. But there's good news: it's much easier to maintain your current level of fitness than it is to improve it. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, you can take up to a week off from exercise training without any significant reduction in your fitness level. During longer trips though, try to squeeze in at least twice-a-week workouts involving aerobic or strength training or both. Just be sure to maintain your exercise training intensity during workouts.
