National Move More Month is every April, and the objective of this month is clear and straightforward: get up and move! Created by the American Heart Association to help improve Americans’ health. National Move More Month aims to get more of us to hit 10,000 steps every day or, even better, hit that 20-minutes of aerobic exercise mark every day. Visit mybmcwellness.com and check out these personal challenges designed to get you moving: Air 1,000, Squat 1,500, Stand Up, Walk Meet, Walk There, and Workout Buddy. Make these a peer-to-peer challenge and have your team join you in the challenges.
